Your role as a partner is simple: pre-screen and refer interested candidates to us, and we take care of the rest.

Marketing materials, tracking and reports

To make the process seamless and efficient, we will provide you with a unique tracking URL branded with your organisation’s name in partnership with English 1.

Through this system, we will be able to track your candidates at every stage of the recruitment journey:

• Application submission

• Interview progress and results

• Offer acceptance

• Visa application status

• Arrival confirmation

We also provide regular reports to keep you fully informed.

Referral fee

Once your referred candidate reaches the “passed probation” stage, (this is two months from their arrival), simply send us an invoice.
